Our current Tap Room and Gift Shop hours are:

Monday: Closed Tuesday - Thursday: 1 p.m to 10 p.m. Friday: 1 p.m to Midnight Saturday: 12 p.m to Midnight Sunday: 12 p.m to 6 p.m. ; *Open minimum of three hours before kickoff for home football games.

Our hours change seasonally with in-town and sporting events. Check our Facebook and Yelp pages for our latest hours. If you need to stop by outside of our normal hours, give us a call at (920) 634-5687.

+ Do you offer tours?

Tours are available on scheduled Saturdays only. Tickets must be purchased in advance by clicking here.

+ Can I purchase your beers over the phone or online?

No, we do not sell our beers online or over the phone due to federal and state law. We also do not take reservations or hold back beers for special releases; first come, first serve.

+ Do you have WiFi?

You bet.

+ Do you host private events?

Yes! If you are interested in planning a private event at our Tap Room, please email our event coordinator via email at [email protected] or send us a message form under the “contact us” page on this website.

+ Where can we find your beers other than at your Tap Room?

Our beers are offered at numerous locations from Door County through Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond Du Lac, and Sheboygan. Please call your local establishment to verify current availability.

+ Are you open for football games and other events in the area?

We are open for football home games at minimum 3 hours before kickoff. See our Facebook page for special hours and game day activities.

+ Do you have parking?

We have a large lot for parking on Tony Canadeo Run with free parking on any non-game day. Our landlord controls paid parking on football game days and when large concerts are in town. They do charge for Packer game parking and can be reached via phone at: (920) 435-3737

Pro-tip: street parking is free all down Tony Canadeo Run, Reggie White Drive, and Bart Starr Drive but you have to get there early to grab it!

+ Do you have merchandise for sale?

+ Do you serve food?

We offer a variety of bar snacks including gourmet pretzels and nuts, beef sticks, chips etc. However, we have a BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) policy – you can order or carry in any food you’d like into our Tap Room. In addition, during home Packer games we have food trucks parked in our lot as well.

+ Are kids allowed?

Yes kids are allowed until 9 p.m. when accompanied by an adult, but you must be 21+ years to drink. Children MUST be supervised at all times.

+ Do you fill growlers?

We fill growlers and offer new growlers for an additional cost if needed. We also offer 32oz “Crowlers” (can growlers) in the tap room.

+ Do you fill other brewery’s growlers?

Yes, we will fill any growler. The only thing we require is that a government warning be on the growler AND that the growler be clean. If your growler does not have one, ask one of our bartenders, and we can provide you with a decal of a government warning for your growler. Dirty growlers are gross.

+ Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift certificates can be purchased in our gift shop and tap room. They are also available online.

+ What beers are available at the Tap Room?

We average approximately 16 Badger State Brewing beers on tap alongside 8 Wisconsin guest beers. Our Badger State “Pilot Series” features beer brewed in small batches regularly. In addition, we have a rotating selection of bottle brews available. Visit our “Beer Menu” page for details.

+ Do you sell cans or bottles to go at the tap room?

We do sell cans bottles at our tap room. Please check the "BEERS" section of the website for an up to date list of beers on tap.

+ Do you serve anything other than beer?

Yes, we do offer a variety of “malternative” beverages including: hard lemonades, hard sodas, a variety of fruit beers, hard ciders, seltzers, and gourmet soda.

Barrel Haus FAQs

+ What is your maximum capacity/how many guests can you seat?

We can seat up to 350 guests in The Barrel Haus using our banquet tables. We can seat up to 250 guests using our round tables. Standing room allows for up to 1000 guests.

+ What if my event is too small for The Barrel Haus?

Our facility allows for events of all sizes! Depending on your needs, The Barrel Haus can accommodate groups from 30-350. Check out our Beer Garden and Private Meeting Room for additional spaces to hold your event.

+ What is included?

With the rental of The Barrel Haus, we include tables, chairs, and ivory table. Our team takes care of setting these up and breaking them down as needed. We also include a 3-4 servers based on your guest count.

+ Do you serve food?

We don’t serve food, but we do allow you to work with a caterer to provide food for your event. Our preferred vendor list is a great place to start if you need some inspiration! (Link preferred vendor list to a PDF of the vendor list from the booklet.)

+ Can I bring my own food?

We do not allow homemade food of any kind. All consumables must either be pre-packaged or come from a licensed and insured vendor.

+ Can my grandma/aunt/relative/friend bake the cake?

No, all consumables must come from a licensed and insured caterer or bakery.

+ Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes, reach out through the contact form for more information!

+ Do we have to work with the vendors on the preferred list?

Vendors like photographers, florists, and entertainment are some of our favorites! If a vendor providing a consumable (food, dessert, beverage) does not appear on the list, we require preapproval.

+ What beer do you serve?

We serve the beer we brew onsite as well as select Wisconsin craft beers. We’ll usually have at least 12 varieties at a time!

+ Do you serve more than just beer?

We do! In addition to the delicious beer we brew and serve, we also offer:

  • Wine until 9pm
  • Hard Cider
  • Malt Beverages (hard root beer, hard lemonade, etc.)
  • Craft Soda

Our licensing does not allow us to serve hard liquor.

+ Will I be able to have a domestic beer on tap?

Our licensing only allows us to serve Wisconsin craft product and does not allow for the sale or service of domestic beer options. We offer a number of beverages that are comparable to domestic options.

+ How much does it cost? What dates do you have available?

Packages start at $4000. Contact our event coordinator for up to date pricing and availability! ($4000 based on rental fee, minimum beverage spend, sales tax, gratuity, estimated catering commissions)

+ Do you offer discounts?

We offer off-peak and weekday pricing. We also offer flexible pricing for corporate events, fundraisers, intimate ceremonies, and bridal showers!

+ What does “minimum beverage spend” mean and what does that include?

We require a beverage spend for each group we host in The Barrel Haus. Any beverage we serve can go towards the minimum beverage spend. We keep track of each ordered beverage on a single tab and the balance of the tab is settled at the end of the event.

+ Who is on site during the event/wedding?

Our event coordinator, assistant event coordinator or another assistant manager manages your event from start to finish.

+ How long do we have the space for?

For wedding receptions, you have access to The Barrel Haus from 10am the day of until midnight. All items and decorations that are brought or rented in need to be removed at the end of the event.

+ When can we setup/decorate?

If there is not an event the night before, we allow you to come in for 2 hours to decorate and get everything set. The setup time is to be agreed upon by both you and the event coordinator. The event coordinator will manage vendor arrival and setup.

+ Do you have rental décor, add-ons, or upgrades?

We do offer several styles of rental décor. Add-ons include A/V, Barrel Aging Room, and string lighting. We offer a chair upgrade to white resin chairs from the Lifetime brand included with the rental fee.

+ We want the ceremony onsite. When do you schedule the rehearsal?

When possible, rehearsals are scheduled for the afternoon the day before your ceremony. If there is an event booked in the space your ceremony will be held, our event coordinator will work with you to find a time that works best.

+ What if I need to cancel or reschedule our booked date?

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel, the rental fee is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule the date, we are happy to do so if the new date is available.

+ What do payment plans look like? Do you offer them?

We do offer payment plans and can be flexible in how we structure them. Looking for a structured schedule? We can accommodate that! Additionally, prepayments can be made by appointment or over the phone at any time, regardless of payment plan.
