Our First Collaboration Brew with MobCraft Beer: Dubbel Czech

Released on Dec. 28, the limited batch Dubbel Czech is our first collaboration beer with MobCraft Beer out of Madison, Wis. The perfect beer to cheer on the Pack in their biggest game of the year.

“The Dubbel Czech is a double blond ale with the spirit of the Czech lager but is fermented with Belgian ale yeast to compliment the pilsener and Abbey malt character,” said Sam Yanda, Head Brewmaster- Badger State Brewing Co., “MobCraft really did a phenomenal job with taking on the brewing process, and we had a great day bottling the beer with them.”

When you look at the label (designed by Samantha Mack and Dillon Nelson), it’s easy to see the name is inspired by the infamous “Discount Double Check.” However, Henry Schwartz, CEO – MobCraft Beer, can be credited with the clever title – and the willingness to brew a truly unique and drinkable beer with us.

There is a limited supply left of Dubbel Czech bomber bottles in select locations in Green Bay and Madison – including Ridgeview Liquor, The Wine Cellar, St. Brendan’s Irish Inn & Pub and Woodman’s in Green Bay. Check your local craft beer stores!
